Oropo[1] service is identified by special number - Oropo Service Number. This number should uniquely identify the service in the network. Oropo Service Number is based on RPC program number. For assignment of a unique number across all networks use precedure specified in this document, otherwise read RFC5531 (use 'block defined by local administrator' or 'transient block').
